1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Products and Services

Maple Gaze offers handcrafted ceramic art, glass diffusers, pottery workshops, and related wellness items. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

2.1 Workshops

Workshop bookings are subject to specific terms outlined on the individual workshop pages. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a partial refund or credit towards a future workshop, at our discretion.

2.2 Custom Commissions

Custom commissions require an initial deposit and are subject to design approval and fabrication timelines agreed upon mutually. Full terms for bespoke work will be outlined in a separate agreement for each project.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Maple Gaze and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Maple Gaze.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

5. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Maple Gaze. Maple Gaze has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Maple Gaze, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
